1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Stardeck app ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

2. Who May Use the Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

3. The Service

Stardeck lets you build apps without code. You can use our app builder to create apps for your business or personal use.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services, APIs, and platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, or policies of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

5. Accounts & Login

  • You may sign up with an email address or via third-party single-sign-on providers such as Google.
  • Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not:

  1. Upload unlawful, fraudulent, or offensive content.
  2. Reverse-engineer, interfere with, or overload the Service.
  3. Use outputs for any unlawful purpose, including tax fraud or money laundering.
  4. Circumvent payment mechanisms, including but not limited to creating multiple free accounts to avoid paying for the Service.

7. Fees

Premium plans are available and will be shown before purchase. Fees are billed in US dollars (USD) or the equivalent in your local currency. Payments are processed via Stripe or through manual billing arrangements where applicable.

8. Intellectual Property

We (or our licensors) own all software, models, and branding. You do not own the apps built with the Service unless granted a license dictated by your plan.

9. Platform Responsibilities

Because Stardeck is a SaaS platform tool used to build applications, there is a clear division of responsibility between us and our users.

Stardeck is responsible for:

  • Platform stability
  • Infrastructure reliability
  • Authentication system
  • Deployment infrastructure
  • Systems powering projects

Stardeck is not responsible for:

  • Code generated by the AI Agent
  • Partner-produced or customer-produced code
  • Legal compliance of customer content
  • The accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of applications you build using the Service

10. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate code and application components. AI-generated outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, bugs, or unintended content. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any code or applications before deployment. Stardeck makes no guarantees regarding the correctness, security, or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.

11. Refund Policy

Given the high costs of operating an AI-powered platform, we do not process refunds unless required by applicable law. This includes any unused credits or remaining time on your subscription period.

In the event of a termination initiated by us, no refund will be given for any unused credits or remaining subscription period unless required by applicable law.

You are free to cancel your subscription at any point with no cancellation fee or lock-in. Service will continue to be provided until the end of your current billing period, but no refunds will be issued for the unused portion.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, about accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Service credits, where applicable, are the sole remedy for SLA breaches.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stardeck, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your content or applications; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

15. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you violate these Terms.

16. User Data & Portability

Upon account termination or cancellation, you may have a limited window to export your data. After this period, we may permanently delete your projects and associated data. We recommend exporting any important data before canceling your account.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through an in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

18. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, pandemics, government actions, power outages, or internet infrastructure failures.

19. General Terms

  • No joint venture, employment, or agency relationship is created between you and Stardeck by these Terms or your use of the Service.
  • Each party is responsible for its own taxes and regulatory compliance.
  • If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Stardeck regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Bangkok, Thailand, unless local consumer-protection laws require otherwise.
