Feature · Table ordering
Each table gets a QR sticker. Diners scan it, order onto the table’s open ticket, and ask for the bill or a cancellation without waving staff over.
What’s included
What you get
What a diner sends lands on the table’s ticket and fires to the kitchen, marked as added by a guest.
The first phone to scan opens the ticket, and every other phone at the table joins it, so there’s one bill to settle.
A bill request, a dish to cancel or a call for staff shows up in an inbox on the register. Staff bring the bill and take payment there.
The menu shows sale prices and offers like Buy 2, get 1 free, and the ticket charges what the diner saw.
Already handled
Once staff clear the table, the next scan opens a new ticket and the last party’s phones lose access.
Diners can ask to cancel only what the kitchen hasn’t started, and only a manager can approve it.
If the reply is lost and the diner taps send again, the dish lands on the ticket once.
