What you get

What changes for your business.

01

Find anyone, however it’s typed

081-234-5678 and +66 81 234 5678 find the same person, as do an email in any case, a name or a card code. Phone and email stay masked in the results.

02

Their history on one page

Bookings, till sales, online orders, queue visits and points show on the customer’s page when those parts of your app are on.

03

A card that stays theirs

Each customer keeps one card, a code and a QR, for life. Staff scan it to open their profile.

04

Marketing lists of people who agreed

A marketing export includes only customers with current consent on that channel and a verified address.

Already handled

The hard cases, handled before you meet them.

The same customer signed up twice

Adding someone whose verified phone number is already on file opens their profile instead of making a second, and likely duplicates go into a review list.

Two staff editing one profile

If two people change the same version, one change lands and the other is told about the conflict, so nobody’s edit is silently overwritten.

A customer who opted out

If consent is given and withdrawn at the same moment, the withdrawal wins, and that customer is left out of the next marketing export.
