Pick where it runs: shop, register, table ordering or bookings. A sale on the Spring collection covers it online and in store, because a register item linked to a shop product counts as that product.
Limit a discount to Monday to Friday 15:00–18:00 in each location’s own time. For bookings it follows the appointment, so “weekday mornings, 15% off” applies to a Monday 10:00 booked on Sunday.
Online and at the table, the gift drops into the cart once it’s earned and comes out if it isn’t. At the register the cashier taps Add free and hands it over.
Every sale records what came off each line. Return one of three shirts from a buy 2 get 1 free line that paid ฿600, and the refund suggested is ฿200.
Already handled
Each discount says what it combines with, and when two can’t, the customer gets the set that saves them more, never taking a sale below ฿0.
A use is held while the sale is in progress and counted only once it’s paid, so an abandoned cart, a voided ticket or an expired booking hold gives it back.
It starts at midnight in your business’s time zone, whichever browser set it up, and prices go back by themselves when it ends.
