Feature · Online store
Shoppers fill a cart, pay by card, PromptPay or bank transfer, and follow their order on its own page. Staff ship, take returns and sell gift cards.
What’s included
What you get
Card and PromptPay at checkout, or a bank transfer with a slip that your staff verify.
Checkout holds and deducts stock from the same count your register sells from, so the last shirt goes to one buyer.
A sale shows on product cards with the regular price struck through, and the cart tells shoppers how much more to spend for free shipping.
Each order has its own page and a confirmation email. Staff add the carrier and tracking number when it ships.
Already handled
Both check out at once. One gets the shirts, the other is told they’re sold out, and only one payment is created.
The stock stays held for a one-minute grace period after the hold ends, then the order expires and the stock goes back on sale.
If the card may have been charged but the answer was lost, the shop doesn’t charge again: the shopper sees it’s under review and staff get an urgent item.
