Setup fees at our recommended $1,000 a project, all yours; projects usually close in 7–14 days. Each finished project becomes a client you look after, and its commission starts the month after setup.
Commission is on software your clients actually pay (plans and module fees, never setup), paid monthly from the client's first payment. An annual plan counts at its monthly equivalent.
Two ways to partner
Builder
You sell the deal and set the client up on a Blueprint.
- Keep your whole setup fee on clients you bring. You set the price and sign the setup contract with the client.
- Earn a one-time bonus of 10%Of the client's first software payment, paid within 14 days of the client paying.
- At go-live, hand off to a managed partner, or to our included AI support.
Managed partner
You look after the client once their app is live.
- Support the client and change their app, on your own terms and prices.
- Earn 10–20% of the software the client pays, every month, for as long as you look after them.
- Stardeck fixes the platform and Blueprint bugs. You handle everything else.
Most partners do both: they build a client's app, then look after it.
How a deal works
Day 1
1. Register the deal
Tell us about the client. Once the deal is registered it's yours, and Stardeck won't lead the client to another partner.
Usually 7–14 days
2. The client signs
The client accepts Stardeck's software quote and signs your setup contract.
30–45 day trial
3. Set the client up
When the client's org is opened, they get a 30–45 day trial to get set up. Their first payment is due when it ends.
Within 3 business days
4. Stardeck checks it
We review the setup within 3 business days: configuration, a real test payment, staff accounts and training.
Commission starts
5. Go-live
The client's app goes live and the Blueprint warranty starts. Commission starts with the client's first payment.
