Feature · Staff and pay
Rosters, a time clock at the register, hourly pay and commission on what customers actually paid, closed into a locked pay run you export as a CSV.
What’s included
What you get
Each shift is paid at the person’s own hourly rate or your default. A raise counts from the day it starts and never rewrites shifts already worked.
When a booking is completed, the people who delivered it earn commission at their own rate. A booking sold at a discount pays commission on the discounted price, not the list price.
Staff clock in and out at the register on their own PIN. Late, early and absent shifts are flagged against the roster, so you see who wasn’t there before payday.
Close the period and every shift, commission and roster change inside it locks. Export the run as a CSV for your bank or payroll provider.
Already handled
Shifts after the new rate get it, earlier shifts keep the old one, and a rate can’t be set to start in the future.
Reopening and closing again makes version 2, while version 1 still reads exactly as it was paid.
With bookings on, a bookable person’s hours come straight from the roster, so a day off or a break is never sold as a slot.
