What you get

What changes for your business.

01

Orders that reach the supplier

Send a purchase order and the supplier gets it by email as a PDF or by LINE. Each branch numbers its own orders with no gaps or repeats.

02

Bills you don’t type in

Photograph the supplier’s bill and each line is matched to a stock item. Anything the photo didn’t show clearly stays empty until staff fill it in.

03

Receiving done in the stock room

Kitchen and stock-room staff count deliveries at the register with their PIN. They see quantities, and only the owner sees prices.

04

Know what to reorder before you run out

Once a day, one digest by email and LINE lists low and expiring stock. Switch on replenishment and draft orders wait for you to review and send.

Already handled

The hard cases, handled before you meet them.

A delivery with no bill

It lands at the supplier’s last price and waits in the manager’s queue, and the bill attaches later without counting the stock again.

A delivery past the order

A second delivery that would take a line past what was ordered is refused.

Receiving cut off halfway

If receiving stops after the delivery is recorded but before the stock lands, it reaches the shelf the next time anyone opens the order, once.
