We’re looking for AI-native freelance engineers to build practical ERP and operations systems on the Stardeck platform.
Projects are typically two-week, fixed-scope engagements paying ฿10,000–25,000 per project, with opportunities for ongoing assignments and permanent work.
Stardeck is building the future of software development for business owners. Instead of forcing companies to adapt to rigid software, we use AI to build systems around how each business actually operates.
Responsibilities
- Translate business workflows into reliable software systems
- Design data models, modules, permissions, integrations, and audit trails
- Use Stardeck, and similar tools to deliver rapidly
- Build and test full-stack features within a two-week project cycle
- Identify edge cases, architectural risks, and operational dependencies
- Collaborate with our team through implementation, UAT, and handoff
- Take ownership of the final outcome—not just generated code
What We’re Looking For
- Strong software engineering and system-design fundamentals
- Excellent use of AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor
- Understanding of relational databases, APIs, RBAC, workflows, and integrations
- Ability to turn ambiguous business requirements into working software
- Strong deadline discipline and comfort with short delivery cycles
- Good product judgment for non-technical business users
- Ability to maintain architectural quality without manually reviewing every generated line
Preferred Technical Experience
- TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, and React
- PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
- ERP, CRM, inventory, tracking, or internal operations systems
- Multi-tenant or multi-entity applications
- APIs, webhooks, background jobs, and third-party integrations
Bonus Experience
- Parcel or order-tracking systems
- Logistics, fleet, dispatch, routing, or driver workflows
- Inventory and warehouse operations
- Status lifecycles, proof of delivery, and customer notifications
- Payments, accounting, payroll, or data migration
- Building software for Thai SMEs
