Plan Allowances
Compare what each Stardeck plan costs and includes each month, and add packs when you need more
Every plan includes a monthly allowance of database storage, file storage, messages and SMS, plus a multiple of the Platform plan's AI usage. A normal month needs nothing extra. When your app needs more, add a monthly pack, or buy a prepaid SMS pack.
Plans cover the software. Human support and change requests come from the partner that manages your organization, or from a service pack if Stardeck serves you directly. See Support & SLA.

Prices are in THB and exclude VAT. VAT (7%) is added on Thai quotes.

- Each location past the ones a plan includes costs ฿990 a month. Platform covers one location. A second location means moving to Core.
- Platform includes one user, with one active session at a time.
- Annual billing is 10 months for 12.
Platform
Platform is self-serve. You set up your app and its Modules yourself from the docs, with no setup fee. The Website build is the one setup Stardeck sells on Platform.
Free trial
Monthly Core comes with a 7-day free trial when you sign up yourself. No card is needed to start it. Add a card before the trial ends to keep Core; without one, you go back to Free on day 8. Each organization gets one trial. Annual Core and the other plans bill from the day you sign up.

Enterprise starts from the Scale allowances and adds quotas agreed per deal.
Email is also capped per day: 10 emails a day from the shared Stardeck sending domain, or 500 a day from your own verified domain. See Email.

Admins add monthly packs under Settings → Usage & Billing → Monthly add-ons, on a paid plan. To buy a prepaid SMS pack, contact us.
Features by plan
- Every plan: a staging environment to test changes before they go live.
- Core: the five default roles (Admin, Manager, Staff, Viewer and External Viewer), and a warranty on your app for bug fixes and updates. Platform does not include warranty claims.
- Growth: custom roles beyond the defaults.
- Scale and Enterprise: everything in Growth, plus:
- Multiple companies with consolidated reporting (when available)
- Managed accounts: create your members' logins from the member page
Billing
- Usage: open Settings → Usage & Billing in your organization. The Included with your plan card shows each allowance and what you have used.
- Promo codes: enter a promo code on the checkout page before you pay. See Using Promo Codes.
- Unpaid invoices: an organization with an unpaid subscription invoice is paused after a grace period. See App Pausing.
- Setup and change requests: setup is quoted on your app. Change requests come from your partner, or from a service pack if Stardeck serves you directly. See Support & SLA.
