App Pausing
Find out when Stardeck pauses your organization for an unpaid invoice, and how to bring it back
Overview
Every plan can publish apps, the free plan included, so an app never goes offline because of the plan it is on. Stardeck pauses apps only when a subscription invoice goes unpaid, and then it pauses the whole organization, not one app. You are warned before it happens.
Unpaid invoices
- On the due date you get a past-due notice by email, LINE and in the dashboard, with a link to pay.
- 4 days after the due date a final warning names the date the organization pauses.
- 7 days after the due date the organization pauses, and never sooner than 3 days after the final warning. Members can't sign in and its apps go offline. Nothing is deleted.
Pay the invoice from Settings → Usage & Billing. The organization is restored as soon as the payment is recorded, with no redeploy. Paying by bank transfer can take a business day or two to reach Stardeck; send your payment slip with the invoice number.
Common Questions
Will I lose any data?
No. A pause takes the organization offline. Your app files, database, environment variables, and all configuration are preserved.
