Give each tier a multiplier from 1× to 10× on the points it earns.
Each customer's tier shows on their profile, and staff can search and segment customers by it.
Pause a membership to freeze the tier, or remove someone from the program.

On earned-points tiers, manual adjustments don't count, so a tier reflects real spending.
Rename Gold to Platinum and every member's profile shows the new name.
Tiers on the last 12 months are checked every day, so members move down when their spending drops off.
